Day 10 #LetsGetFlexy is Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana. This deep backbend is the last posture of the Ashtanga Third Series so it is considered quite an advanced posture. There are lots of modifications for this if you can't do it yet so don't quit and don't push too hard. When working with the spine don't force or expect the same results every day. Go slowly, give yourself a chance to warm up and open over time. Keep lifting the spine away from the pelvis and creating space between the joints. Check @beachyogagirl for a more beginner option.
