Day 3 #LetsGetFlexy is Drop back prep. Go step by step and don't rush, it's your spine that you're working with here. Start off by creating space between the vertebrae, lifting your chest up and away from the pelvis. Then place your thumbs on the sacrum, thrust your hips forward and drop your head back. Next hands in prayer, then hands over your head elbows and knees straight. Finally allow a little bend in your knees and elbows. For this one, see how long you can hang (aim for five breaths in each step) but don't drop back. Let gravity open your spine. Be sure to come up symmetrically.
