Day 23 #BalanceBasics is Virabhadrasana B, Warrior Two. Get down into your legs until you can feel your quads burning in a nice way. Aim towards bringing your thigh parallel with the ground while tracking the forward knee over the ankle. Keep the belly sucked in while teaching the arms equally in both directions.
