Day 22 #BalanceBasics is Sarvangasana, Shoulderstand. Press your shoulders into the ground to keep the back of the neck off the ground, use your core to lift powerfully up and draw the abs in to the centet line. In the Ashtanga tradition the Shoulderstand sequence marks the transition into the closing postures and turns the mind even more inwards. Check @beachyogagirl @laurasykora for more options.
