Day 20 #BalanceBasics is Plank Posture, Kumbhakasana. Building the foundation of the shoulders in plank will help build the strength in the shoulders and core to jump through. Try going from Plank to High Plank to use that as a prep to create the stable foundation in the arms before jumping forward into the shoulders and curling the abs into the center line to jump all the way through.
