Every challenge, obstacle and task seems so incredibly manageable, if not insignificant by comparison, when you take a deep breath and stand within the beauty of Mother Nature. This magnificent tree that I meditated upon has lived for maybe hundreds, if not thousands of years, peacefully watching the world evolve, lovingly providing and then giving itself back to the land from where it came. Our hearts beat just as the turning of the tides, the buds that surely blossom, the leaves that graciously fall and the sun that rises and sets in their natural flow of life. So what if we have sat in traffic today, felt troubled by a project at work, exchanged bad words with a rude stranger, concerned ourselves with interest rates, taxes or matters of the heart. Today we are alive, we have another day on earth and our potential is limitless - what is there to truly worry about or disturb our peace when you consider the miracle of creation and our place in this breathtaking universe.
