I wholeheartedly feel and embrace this phase of change that I am in, the tingling excitement of forward movement and glorious shift in mindset. I feel no desire to be loud, eye catching or outrageous with my style or actions. I am happy not to make such an "effort" with my appearance but instead celebrate effortlessness, classic and understated appearance, style and behaviour. And the chaos, drama and opinions of others is now all but non-existent as I've finally become waterproof to all forms of negativity. I feel mentally, emotionally, psychically and spiritually strong and in control of my mind, body and soul. Yet I didn't notice the enormity of this change happening until I stopped and checked in with myself and thought "woah, look how far I've come!" Being clear in your goals, dreams, desires, wants and needs is so important. We must all make time to be aware of the bigger picture of our life; visualise, manifest and meditate on the future that you want, feel yourself living it, loving it and thriving and your mind will subconsciously fill in the gaps as you go about your daily life without realising. Have you ever driven the same road so many times that every now and then you feel like you've been on autopilot and arrived at your destination without being conscious of having actually driven there? That's literally how I felt when I realised I'd arrived at this chapter of my life - I've been so busy focusing on personal development and self growth that I didn't notice I'd arrived - how beautifully breathtaking it is to be here.
