My interest in interior design started in my childhood as I loved recreating spaces and would move my bedroom furniture around at least once a month to rearrange and repurpose my space and the ergonomics of zones. I then went on to study interior design and have applied it to all aspects of my life since. The same can be said for our bodies; we have the ability to design the life of our dreams, to look however we choose and live with the highest health, peace and happiness possible. Veganism plays a huge role in my Buddhist lifestyle, and as such, I smile everytime I see anything cruelty-free and eco-conscious because of the positive change that it creates.
