BOAT DAY ☀️RECOVERY DAY ❤️

I feel the most at peace at grateful when I’m on the water 😌so we try to take the boat out at least once a week (pending weather) and it makes for the most relaxing and rejuvenating day!

Although I don’t personally track my macros or count my calories I do still try to focus on eating well, getting enough protein in, and still enjoying all the foods I love - who doesn’t love tacos and a little tequila?!
