☀️MORNING WELLNESS ROUTINE 🧖♀️

Here are a few daily habits I can’t start my morning without! Being in my 30s now I have adapted a morning routine that highlights skincare and makes me feel great! It’s like a mini dose of self care in the mornings
.
1.Brush Teeth - duh
2.Red light therapy to help with fine lines and wrinkles. I LOVE my red light mask because it’s comfortable and portable so you can continue your morning tasks and it takes just 10 mins!
3.Making the bed - this makes me feel clam and organized when I walk into my bedroom throughout the day! An unmade bed just makes me feel like the house (and my life) are a mess lol
4.Skincare routine - cleanse, serums, moisturizer and SPF in that order due to particle size and absorption
5.Water! It is SO important to rehydrate in the mornings - sleeping for 6-8 hours is a long time without any water consumption
6.Writing in my daily gratitude journal - every morning for 6 years now I wake up and take just 5 mins to fill a page with affirmations and things I’m grateful for
7.My daily greens - this contains large amounts of both vitamins and minerals to help with your gut, digestion, skin and keep your body feeling energized throughout the day!
