EAT IN A DAY!

Here’s an example but to be honest with you every day is SO different! Some days I eat more and some days I eat less just based on how hungry or busy I am.

I don’t personally count macros or track my calories because I don’t feel like that’s any way to live 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve learned to listen to my body when it comes to fueling it and took a heck of a long time to get there but I’m so grateful for it!
