💫I want to hear people’s success stories with fasting!! 🙌🏼

The type of fasting I’m currently doing is a 18/6 or 16/8. This means I have a 6-8 feeding window and a 16-18 hour fasting window. In this reel I’m showing how fasting works on a creative pie chart. This by no meals is all you should eat in your feeding window. You can still eat your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in this window. The reason I am fasting is to give my digestive system a rest and detox cells. Your body is an incredible machine and when you have a fasting window and your body is looking for energy it will go through your cells and use the dead and damage cells for energy and repair the cells that need repairing. If the dead and damaged sells don’t get recycled out of your body it’s just like if you never took out your trash - your home would start to become inhabitable. This whole process is called autophagy and it’s the key to longevity. Wanna hear more about atuophagy and how to reach it?! ☄️
