Try these steps to build up to Tittibhasana

1. Deepen your squat
2. Find flexibility beyond forward fold
3. Work Bakasana
4. Lift the feet and the hips in Kurmasana
5. Avoid hunching the shoulders, collapsing the collar bone and destabilizing the chest to try and get the legs in towards the torso

Put it all together and keep practicing 🙏
