For athletes who struggle with close to the body vertical bar path and safe economic receiving and bar catch I recommend this simple exercise.
You need just a PVC and standard rack.
Step 1. Stand straight and press PVC to the rack
Step 2. Direct elbows up and pull PVC
Step 3. In the highest point rotate elbows around PVC
Step 4. Take the clean receiving position.
