HOW TO:
STEP 1 - Place the bar on the rack at lower chest level;
STEP 2 - Take the clean grip and direct elbows up;
STEP 3 - Perform smooth and long elbows rotation, descent strictly body under, hold core tight, direct hips back and knees out;
STEP 4 - Recover, hold for 5 sec and check your feet and body balance;
🔥NOTE: Use this drill as a warmup before C&J training and add it to your FRONT RACK MOBILITY routine.
