The beginning of my food-art journey was tiring. It took me hours in the kitchen. Then, I started to come up with a structure - I sketched and wrote down the flow of the story and organised it in a way that suits me. I believe that the more knowledgeable and comfortable we are with a particular area of interest, the easier it will be to shift our behaviour to promote creativity. The more I put my heart into my work, the more I trusted my ability to create an overall fun and good tasting meal. My daughters’ critical views matter. When people like my food, my purpose is achieved.  That is what makes it all worth while.
