Neapolitan pizza dough is made up of very few ingredients, water, salt, yeast, olive oil and quality 00 flour. A Neapolitan pizza dough is light and slightly chewy. The crust should be crisp while still retaining that soft, fluffy interior and I might have just done it with my home oven!!! ( @happyfresh_my )
