WEEK 5 CHALLENGE ME WORKOUT - GYM VERSION
Who has been doing the BBG Challenge in the gym!? 💪

Every week I have been bringing you the ‘Challenge Me’ gym version workouts and this week we are doing Arms & Abs. So, if you’re lucky enough to have access to a gym right now, give this a go!

You will need the following equipment:

👉 Box
👉 Incline Bench
👉 Dumbbells
👉 Bench
👉 Cable
👉 Decline Bench

Circuit 1:

✅ Burpee & Box Jump - 12 reps
✅ Incline Bench Press - 12 reps
✅ Bicep Curl 21's - 21 (7+7+7)
✅ Decline Plank & Shoulder Tap - 24 (12 per side)

Circuit 2:

✅ Arnold Press - 12 reps
✅ Tricep Pushdown - 15 reps
✅ Decline Russian Twist - 24 reps (12 per side)
✅ Straight-Leg Raise & Hip Lift (12 per side)

Complete 2 laps of each circuit!
