STRETCH ROUTINE (If you're not flexible like me)
Ladies, do you make time in your week for regular stretching? For many women, squeezing in a workout can be tricky. So making enough time for a proper cool-down and stretching as well can be tough. BUT you should keep this in mind: flexibility can actually help you to get more out of your workout. Limited flexibility can even contribute to small muscle aches and pains, which no one wants to deal with!

Here are a series of exercises that can benefit everyone, including beginners or inflexible people. These stretches can be done after workouts, morning or evening.

✅Pecs - 30 sec
✅Triceps - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅Lats - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅Quads - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅Glutes - 60 sec (30 per side)
✅Hip Flexors - 60 sec (30 per side)
