This also means if you eat one unhealthy meal it WON'T ruin your progress. Consistency means you are committed to your health and fitness journey and it's a lifestyle, not a short term goal or quick fix.   I wanted this Sweat Challenge to be a chance for women across the globe to set goals or commit to a healthy lifestyle and to be consistent with it. Six weeks to create new healthy habits that will last long term, enjoy your workouts, become the strongest and most confident version of yourself and start 2021 with the BEST mindset, together. So, I don't want you to dwell over one 'bad' meal or give up because you aren't seeing results. Trust me you WILL if you just stay consistent. 💪 ⁣  And remember ladies, I know life gets in the way so you may have things that come up or you will eat unhealthy from time to time, and you might feel like you messed up, but it's TOTALLY fine.
