WEEK FOUR CHALLENGE ME WORKOUT - GYM VERSION
Each week of the Sweat Challenge I have been bringing you a gym version of the ‘Challenge Me’ workout - these are perfect for anyone who loves working out in the gym, or has access to gym equipment. I have been absolutely loving these workouts, I hope you are too. 🙌
This week we're doing a Full Body workout, you can add in weights if you have access to them. Here's the equipment you’ll need for this workout:
👉 Bench
👉 Dumbbells
👉 Kettlebell
👉 Dual Cable
👉 Chin-Up Bar
Circuit 1:
✅ Bulgarian Split Squat
✅ Lateral Lunge
✅ Jump Squat
Circuit 2:
✅ Chest Fly
✅ Shoulder Press
✅ Single-Arm Row
Circuit 3:
✅ Toes to Bar
✅ Negative Pull-Up
✅ Half Burpee
Complete 2 laps of each circuit!
