Reading what made me motivated back then is really fun - especially to fully embrace how much it has changed. My intention for this year is continue to find that child-like stoke for the rock and embrace the playfulness of our sport. It’s often so easy to take it too seriously - training for this and that - and simply forgetting the ✨joy✨ I suppose going through some injuries/surgeries over the years has helped me realize what a treat climbing is. And if it’s not fun, well, it’s just not worth doing. I hope to spread the child-like stoke, passion and playfulness that our sport offers to all of my clients that I’m fortunate to work with 🧡 Ps.
