Want to increase the external rotation of your hips?

Work on Diamond pose 💎

1) open your knees keeping your feet relatively far away from your hips

2) place a block between your legs and slowly lean forward

3) after you can pivot forward from your pelvis, turn the block down and lower deeper down

4) when your back muscles release, then you can shift the block forward and allow yourself to reach all the way down

* the trick is not to force it, and just allow the muscles to release over a nice, long hold.
