HOW TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
#BBGcommunity, do you track your fitness progress? It can be SO motivating to track the strength you are building on your health and fitness journey - whether it is mental, emotional, or physical strength. That's why I always recommend tracking your progress in a way that works for you!

Here are some of my favourite ways to track progress:

⭐ KEEP A JOURNAL: After every workout, note down how you feel, your strengths, and where you want to improve. Every few weeks, read over earlier entries and see how far you've progressed! Try jotting some points down in the notes section of your phone so you can access them easily post workout.

⭐ TRACK YOUR EQUIPMENT WEIGHT: As you continue with your workouts, you will get stronger - and increasing the weights you work out with is a sign of muscle strength and progress. Note down the weights you have used for your weekly workouts, and try to increase them every few weeks.

⭐ TEST YOURSELF WITH A WORKOUT: A workout like this dumbbell-only arms workout is a great way to help you measure progress. Try to complete this workout every few weeks, and each time see if you can increase the weight of the dumbbells you use. You might be amazed at how strong you become through your workouts!

Dumbbell-only arms workout:

✅ Alternating Shoulder Press - 20 reps
✅ Bicep Curl - 12 reps
✅ Side & Front Raise - 12 reps
✅ Overhead Tricep Extension - 12 reps
✅ Bent-Over Row - 12 reps
