People ask me all the time “why don’t you run?” and the honest answer is... because I just don’t like it? Haha.
It doesn’t make my body feel good and it doesn’t help my mind to relax AT ALL. In saying that, some of my clients (and probably many of you reading this) love to go for a run! The fact that I dislike running doesn’t make it a bad or ineffective way to exercise, it’s just my personal preference.

The point of me telling you this is to show you that what’s important is to find what works for YOU when it comes to your training. When you actually enjoy your training routine, you are so much more likely to stay consistent and stick with it long-term. It’s as simple as that.

That’s why I have designed different programs to suit your different preferences... whether you enjoy working out at home or at the gym, with equipment or without equipment - there is something for you!

Your LISS sessions, which are included in each of my programs, are a chance for you to choose your favourite form of low-intensity exercise. You can walk, run, hike, bike ride or swim... the choice is yours!

#BBGcommunity, I recommend that you try out a few of my workouts on @Sweat, find what works for you and then design a workout routine around that. As long as you stick to my general guidelines within each of my programs, you can see incredible progress!
