This glute finisher is a great way to level up your workout and ensure you have pushed yourself to your limit. 👏 I LOVE adding a finisher to my workouts because it uses that last bit of energy and determination I have - and gives my muscles one final push!
Try adding this quick glute finisher onto the end of your next workout:
✅ Single-Leg Glute Bridge - 20 reps (10 per side)
✅ Frog Pump - 20 reps
✅ Side Plank & Clam - 20 reps (10 per side)
✅ Glute Bridge Walkout - 12 reps (6 per side)
✅ Sumo Jump Squat - 10 reps
