Have you got tight hips? This stretching routine is for you - it can help to improve circulation and increase your flexibility and range of motion. Remember ladies, building healthier habits does not have to be overwhelming - it can be as easy as adding a quick 5-minute stretch session to your day!
If you find your hips are tight after a big lower-body session, after a run, or even after sitting at a desk all day, try this routine:
✅ Quads - 60 secs
✅ Hamstrings (Hurdler) - 60 secs
✅ Hip Flexor & Hamstrings - 60 secs
✅ Deep Lunge - 60 secs
✅ Glutes - 60 secs
✅ Adductors (V-Sit) - 30 secs
Try 1-2 laps of each movement to relax your muscles.
