Instead they switch sides, silence opinions and go without in life in order to please other people who are unhappy in themselves because they too are fearful of being judged - it’s nice to be kind and considerate, but it’s essential that you don’t lose yourself and your identity along the way just to please others who cannot be pleased by anyone but themselves. You can have an opinion AND still sympathise with somebody who has an opposing opinion. You can love ballet AND appreciate bodybuilding. You can stand up for women’s rights AND be body confident enough to rock a bikini on social media. The most beautiful and direct way to achieving happiness is to be unashamedly yourself, live your life for the choices and blessings that make you the incredible individual that you were born to be.
