Got a love a hamstring/glute day that just burns 🔥!

Love doing single leg RDLs in the smith machine! Don’t have to work quite as hard to stay balanced but provides good work for each leg.

I don’t always do Gluth bridges but I like doing them with hamstrings as I feel it throughout the posterior chain.

Every hamstring workout I include some leg curl. It can be a lying leg curl or, like I did today, a standing single leg curl. Most important thing is to keep the hips into the pads.

Included GHD hamstring curls in this workout I think it’s the hardest and most advanced hamstring exercise out there. Remember to keep the core tight and the booty squeezed.
