ABS with bands to increase difficulty! Using bands to increase load instead of doing reps! We also use bands to make exercises easier but today isn’t one of those workouts 🤣. I’ve included regressions if the first movement is too advanced.

1️⃣. Banded sit up overhead. Regression is band around the chest.
2️⃣. Banded plank shoulder taps. Regression is holding a plank.
3️⃣. Banded bicycles crunches. Regression without the band.
4️⃣. Banded Pallof press overhead. Regression is to lower the arms and not step out as far.
5️⃣. Hanging banded knee raises. Regression would be bodyweight.
