No Bench, No problem! Chest day without a bench.
Often times training at home or on the road means you have to modify your workouts. Here are some of my favorite chest pressing exercises that don’t require a bench.
1️⃣. DB Key Press on foam roller
2️⃣. Incline DB press Swiss ball (upper chest)
3️⃣. DB floor press
4️⃣. Decline slider push ups.
