Shoulder day from Tulum Mexico! Can’t wait to head back. Something about working out outside that makes the training even better!
1️⃣. Log clean and press 2 warmup sets and 4 working sets of 6 reps. Can do push presses to extend the set.
2️⃣. Side lateral rock raise - 10reps,’pause for 10 seconds, 8 reps.. 6 reps. Do that for 3 sets.
3️⃣.Y.T.W on TRX bands. Make it harder by leaning back more. 5 reps of each.
4️⃣. Seared DB press. 10 reps x 5 sets to finish it off. 1 min rest.
