Quad focused day without a barbell squat. I believe you have to squat if you want to develop good legs. That doesn’t always mean barbell squat! Today’s workout is killer and will leave you with exhausted quads!

Superset 1️⃣.
A1. Hack squat- 3 second eccentric. 4 sets, 6-8 reps.
A2. Let extension- 3 second eccentric 4 sets, 8 reps.
Rest 30 second after hack squats and 90 second after leg extension to get ready for the next set.

Superset 2️⃣.
B1. Reverse lunge 8,6,4.
B2. Cossack squat 12,12,12
Working in multiple planes for structural balance and improves proprioception awareness.

C1. Squat to box jump and back down. 3 to failure.
this is where we experience a deep burn. Muscular endurance as well as cardio capacity is in play here.
