I like to mix core into my workouts as my active rest but feel free to add this little circuit to the end of your workout or a cardio based day!

Slide 1: oblique flutter kicks 45 sec each side
Slide 2: single leg plank twist x 20 reps
Slide 3: Oblique V ups x 12 each side
Slide 4: plank twist x 45 sec
Slide 5: Rotations x 45 seconds
Slide 6: single leg lift + crunch 12 reps each side
