It’s been a minute since I posted an F🖕🏽U HIIT workout! I had a few questions on yesterday’s stories about effective workouts when you ‘just don’t have the time’! HIIT style is usually what I do for clients training at home with no equipment and justttt enough time to squeeze in a quick sweat (Ideal for mommies when the baby is napping as well)! Takes the time out of driving to and from the gym and they’re extremely effective and time efficient! I aim for at least one of these a week personally in conjunction to my strength training days!

Get your heart rate up and push through 45 seconds of each move with 15 seconds rest and repeat for 3 rounds! 20 mins and you’re done for the day!

**Extra bonus: your body will actually CONTINUE to burn calories throughout the day long after your workout is complete!
