This is a great FULL-BODY workout that will give you an idea of what my BBG Stronger program is like.
BBG Stronger Full Body Workout:
✅Romanian Deadlift - 10 reps
✅Burpee - 10 reps
Complete 4 Laps
✅Pull-Up - 10 reps
✅Box Jump - 10 reps
Complete 3 Laps
✅Single-Arm Seated Row - 20 reps (10 per side)
✅Incline Clap Push-Up - 10 reps
✅Seated Crunch - 15 reps
✅Hanging Leg Raise - 15 reps
