It took me over a year to get to this place. I didn't rush it, I eased into my training and I took my time. I started with the beginner weeks of my #BBG program, doing three x 28-minute resistance workouts a week (plus LISS). I designed my program to progressively increase in intensity, so doing these workouts helped me to build back my strength slowly over time. I then switched over to #BBGStronger workouts, still doing three x 28-minute resistance workouts a week (plus LISS). Now I'm training with my new program #BBGZeroEquipment and I am LOVING it. ⁣ ⁣ What I want you ladies to know is that progress takes TIME, consistency and patience. There are no shortcuts.
