Also had a few quite big things happen this week so thought I'd just give an update.💥 Tommy & I had a class this weekend to prepare us for birth. I've been a bit cynical about going to classes... I don't know how to word this and I don't know who will relate but I find the whole baby world a bit overwhelming. I imagine it's a little like getting married... There's people there to sell something to you for absolutely everything. Things you'd never even thought of. I just like to kinda go with the flow in life... Didn't do much training for a marathon, go off travelling without a route in mind... And that's kinda how I went into pregnancy. Sometimes I feel like too much prep can cause you to worry about every eventuality. Not sure if anyone relates to that? But anyway, I do the Jeremy Vine show with @bevturner_thatsme quite a lot and she explained some of the benefits of doing a class and she has an antenatal class called @thehappybirthclub and so we went along. Wd learnt about how to prepare for the birth, what to expect for labour, and also Tommy learnt how he can be the best partner. It was very useful and I feel much more prepared now! She also gave me her book which you can see on the bookshelf... That'll be the first one I read! Got to hear baby's heartbeat again and also had blood tests for diabetes. So it's all feeling a bit more real, especially now I feel like I look noticeably pregnant too now. 🤰🏼 I've finished the little changing table area. I went with a wicker changing basket, and am also a bit obsessed with the little rabbit lamp. I'll tag all the brands for anyone interested. 🐰 I'm definitely feeling more tired and anxious this week, my body is slowing down and my back and pelvis hurt. It's making it harder to sleep and I have days where I'm overwhelmed by the amount of change this year.... But I'm mainly just excited. Only about 12 weeks to go now! 🤯 #27weekspregnant」10月9日 4時48分
