I think maybe it was a combination of the change in the weather and the new lockdown rules. I mean, it's mad when we think how much life has changed since January, isn't it?  It's so easy when we feel anxious or overwhelmed to lose our confidence, and we fill our minds with everything we haven't got, everything that's ever gone wrong, and focus on all our perceived weaknesses and flaws. We can feel unproductive or unmotivated.  When we get into this mindset, comparison is definitely the thief of joy as we scroll through social media and see everyone else's highlights and productivity.  I took a little social media break for a few days, and I feel so much stronger and happier, and ready to get back into a new week with a fresh outlook. 😊 I think it's so important to remember that lack of confidence, over thinking, anxiety, sadness are all normal human emotions and we aren't the only one feeling these things.  We have to be kind to ourselves and listen to our minds and bodies. It's ok to give yourself a break, whether that's from social media or other things triggering your anxiety. Remember to switch off and do all the things that make you feel good: reading, having a bath, exercising, catching up with friends etc.  It's not just ok to take a break, it's so important.
