WHY SHOULD I USE ANKLE WEIGHTS? ⁣
Ankle weights will make your workouts more challenging by adding extra weight and resistance. If you don’t have any equipment or weights at home - don’t stress, you can also do this full workout using bodyweight only. 🙌⁣
