Ladies, if you love to work out at home or currently don’t have access to a gym, here is a great at-home workout that you can do using just a pair of ankle weights.
WHY SHOULD I USE ANKLE WEIGHTS?
Ankle weights will make your workouts more challenging by adding extra weight and resistance. If you don’t have any equipment or weights at home - don’t stress, you can also do this full workout using bodyweight only. 🙌
✅ Side Plank & Hip Abduction - 24 reps (12 per side)
