Kelsey says: "I want to share a little comparison for anyone feeling frustrated or down about their health journey... Me on the left was 2 months postpartum and looking at a pretty big road to getting back into shape. I didn't really know how long it would take. I didn't really put too much pressure on myself to do it in a certain time frame. (Though I love having goals to work toward.) I listened to my body and did what felt good. I've never deprived myself. I have worked REALLY hard and kept showing up for myself day after day. Me on the right is from this morning. A week shy of being 2 years postpartum. It can take a long time to reach your fitness goals but consistency is key. 🗝️"
