We start out wanting to change everything about ourselves, straight hair for curly, pale skin for bronzed, blue eyes for brown etc. But as we grow throughout life we gradually find self acceptance, self worth and self love through our life experiences around the time that we reach adulthood. Reaching old age we then have to say goodbye to the youth we once had, the good health we once took for granted and learn to let go of the time that has passed whilst appreciating all that we have left, sadly nothing can be forever. Instead of disliking yourself or your life and running away from your problems please confront them head on, please deal with everything in your path calmly and with reason.
