It’s harder to train the mind to stop and appreciate what is working, what is blessed. And you know how it works—you get more of what you give your attention to. As soon as you get tuned in to a particular thought, vibration or experience, suddenly you start seeing it everywhere. _ I’m not advising you to deny the truth. The reality of the day today is that it’s been raining nearly nonstop. But, I could focus on that and let it get me down, or I can look up and appreciate the little piece of blue sky right above my head. I know what I’m choosing to focus on today.
