This has a higher energy demand on the body. 👉🏼 Reduces the risk of overuse injuries 👉🏼 Prevents un-even tone/development of body shape 👉🏼 Enhances the formation of new neural pathways (brain to muscle connection) that helps improve coordination, efficiency of movement + task learning 👉🏼 KEEPS THINGS INTERESTING = more motivation to workout!
