▪️SUMO SIDE BEND
Keep your chest open. Adjust squat deeper/lower depending on the challenge you want.
▪️SINGLE LEG PLANK KNEE TAPS
Keep stable in your body, lengthening thru the crown of the head + drawing belly button in.
▪️HALF SIT UP TWIST
Keep your chest posted as high as you can while twisting.
