Big thanks to @kettlebellkings for making this mornings kettlebell workout possible! Levelling up my session today with a full body strength workout using 10kg Kettlebells. This workout is a burner, make sure to keep the movement slow and controlled and get ready to make some GAINZ. Sometimes I struggle to prioritise building my upper body strength and that’s why I love workout like these. They’re fun and effective and improve your overall strength. Make sure to give it a try and TAG YOUR WORKOUT BUDDY!
