This is the secret behind continuing to stay motivated over the long term- a “why”. ⁣

As I have grown and learned more over the years, I have become fascinated by not the outcome someone has accomplished, but their process and mindset of getting to that place.⁣

The process = your “why”. ⁣
⁣
David is someone who has faced adversity time and time again and has made it through the storm time and time again. ⁣
⁣
Without a strong why, getting through adversity is a very, very tough thing. ⁣
