Tomorrow I will be posting a glute growth workout focused on making those booty gainzzz so I wanted to share this glute activation routine again! I recommend doing this routine as a warm up for tomorrows session to maximise glute engagement and really get those Glutes ready to fire and growww 🍑🔥

Glute activation is the process of preparing your glutes to perform and fire during exercise. Without proper glute activation, you may find that your surrounding muscles are utilised during glute targeted exercises to support your movement and compensate for the lack of glute engagement. Glute activation is usually achieved through a series of effective warm up exercises so here are a few of my favs that you can incorporate into your routine!

- 10 x Lateral Steps (each way)
- 12 x Step Squats - 20 x Glute Bridges
- 15 x Fire Hydrants (each leg)
- 20 x Seated Abduction
