WEEK 2, DAY 1: HIIT CARDIO 💪

Welcome to week 2 of the New Year, Who Dis January Challenge! I’m so proud of everyone who participated in and absolutely slayed our first week, let’s make week 2 even better! If you haven’t kept up to date with this challenge, this is a FREE full body Instagram based challenge created to help you kick start your 2020 fitness goals. I would strongly recommend GETTING AMONGST IT!

Today we have a HIIT Cardio session 💪🔥This is a major calorie burner but above all, it’s a sweat sesh and will leave you feeling amazing... once you’ve caught your breath! 😂If you find skipping too challenging or don’t have a skipping rope feel free to substitute the skipping for air skips, high knees or, if you’re an ABSOLUTE BEAST, you can do burpees. As long as you’re doing a high intensity exercise to increase your heartrate before the period of rest you’re doing it right!

WORKOUT STRUCTURE:

- 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest.
- 60 – 90 seconds rest between sets
