Today we’re targeting upper body & abs using only a medicine ball! If you don’t have a medicine ball, get creative! You can use dumbbells, a water bottle or anything that adds a little extra resistance whilst allowing you to perform the movement! Give this workout a try and TAG YOUR BESTIE!
